1. Your measurement updates sound great. 

2. Do you think it would be okay if the neck was also a  bit looser? Just a little in case I ever have to button it up.

3. Can we make the shirt length from top of collar to bottom of shirt about 34"?  Or whatever you think is a normal length for a shirt that size, not too long. 

4.  For the shirt, just a standard chest pocket and the locker loop in the back. No back collar button and no flap pocket.
